Our area of expertise lies in the smaller, highly specialized restoration projects including, beams and columns, foundation walls, precast panels, flexicor, and industrial floors. We have access to a wide variety of vendors producing experience using the leading manufacturers materials, including Euco, Polygem, Sinmast, Sonneborn, and Thoro.

Based on our experience in these fields and the variety of materials and manufacturers we have used, we are well suited to aid in the decisions concerning what to spec for feasibility and durability of the application.

Where waterproofing is concerned, we have had much experience and great success with epoxy injection. We use epoxies for many different applications, many times combining their use with traditional restoration methods to produce a stronger, more durable repair. When called for, our experience with waterproofing membranes are extensive and reliable ranging from foundation cracks to parking structures and various other decks.

Founded in 1972, we have had the opportunity to perform various services for many institutions such as DePaul University, The Mather Foundation, Erickson Cosmetics Company, and Wirtz Realty. We have also done extensive work for the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, and the Illinois Tollway Authority. General contractors such as W.E.
